ABOUT SOLVE FELLOWSHIP


In order to make more efforts in this direction, we present an year long SOLVE Fellowship Program where we provide an opportunity to India’s promising and young individuals from different domains, in the capital of India, to be a change agent for society by incorporating and practising skills that are needed to cause social change. The Fellowship is a one year professional program specially designed for the youth of our nation.The fellowship aims to cover the projects under the different initiatives of SOLVE i.e. Indian Road Safety Campaign, AMBIVAN and Intellify.





JOB DESCRIPTION


Different ARM of IRSC are Awareness, Technical, Law, Medical, Policy, Service, Workshop etc. In all these programs require different skillset like Operation, Marketing, Government relations, Technical.



  1. Work with the founders while leading one of the organizations vertical managing end-to-end nationwide execution, Handle planning, execution and all deliverables.

  2. Work with different Central Government projects [ Ministry of road transport and highways(MoRTH), Ministry of Humanity & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and Department of Science and Technology (DST) ].

  3. Coordinate with youth and organizations across the country, Plan and execute the project to deliver the desired output under the mentorship of leaders from academia, government, and supreme court.

  4. Coordinate with management to determine research objectives. Work in accordance to project brief and deliver frequent project updates.

  5. Create a plan of action and set project goals and manage them till completion. Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to organization needs. Formulate effective and efficient research processes.

  6. Identify market trends and patterns. Design surveys, questionnaires, polls etc. specific to research requirements.

  7. Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc. to gather data. Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies.

  8. Document, report, and present research findings to management and clients. Conducting desk and primary research to support ongoing projects and other activities.

  9. Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

  10. Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational growth.

  11. Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

  12. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s. Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns.

  13. Manage business operations and planning & work with the assessment team.


  1. Work closely with the senior management to develop a growth strategy.

  2. Identify and research suitable new prospects, foundations, and corporates, for the organization, and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization.

  3. Draft proposals, applications, reports, and budget for the current and prospective collaborates.

  4. Review and provide inputs on communication materials including website, brochures, posters, infographics and other print and digital collateral material, as required.

  5. Maintain relationships with existing collaborates like State Traffic Police, State Govt, Ministries, WHO, UNITAR and other UN Bodies etc.

  6. Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  7. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

  8. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  9. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

  10. Work with content writer and graphic designer to develop and execute marketing plans.


  1. Manage end to end relations and coordination with various govt authorities across different states.

  2. Travel and meet the officials and MPs and local administration to foster partnerships.

  3. Prepare required documents and set-up meetings, follow-up and execute deliverables related to the partnerships.

  4. Administers and coordinates complex requests and interactions with legislators, legislative staff, other local and state officials, staff of the government.

  5. Explore short term and long term opportunities for IRSC to work with different government bodies and institutions.


  1. Find out which skills, relevant to the overall development of kids, are left ignored by current school education.

  2. Develop quizzes, activities, and visuals for the enhancement of cognitive and hands-on skills.

  3. Develop working models of fascinating, creative concepts and present them as challenges to All India Toppers our Olympiad.

  4. Design workshops for students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders of education to convey the relevance of creativity and innovation in today’s schools.

  5. Implementing the above content in schools, NGOs, events and competitions by Intellify.



SELECTION PROCESS


We have a four-step selection process.


STEP 1 : The Application Form

Applications for the 2019-2020 Fellowship are now open. Register with the link provided. If you have any questions about the Fellowship or the application process please email (email id) and our recruitment team will get in touch with you. The application form is an opportunity for us to know you. Through the application, we will understand why you want to join SOLVE Fellowship and why you would be a strong fit for the Fellowship.


STEP 2 : Telephonic Interview

After we have reviewed your application form, we may have some additional questions for you. If so, you will be invited to attend a 30-minute phone interview with one of our team members. Here we will ask follow-up questions to gain further information that will be helpful in our evaluation.


STEP 3 : Group Discussion

Once you have cleared the telephonic interview, you will be called up for the Group Discussion at SOLVE’s office. The discussion will focus on 4 key areas i.e. Past Work, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, and Team Management.


STEP 4 : In-Person Interview

If successful in your Group Discussion round, you will be qualified for the final step of our selection process. You will have an in- personal interview with one of our staff members. In case, you cannot attend one of our in-person interviews, we will conduct your interview and relevant activities over Skype.
